I'm José Antonio, I was born in a very small town in central Chile called El Melón, from very young I suffered a lot of bullying, this motivated me to read a lot and discover the reality of other countries, I read so much about geography, economy, culture, etc. so began my dream of traveling and knowing the world.

My first trip out of Chile was at age 21, the destination was Uspallata in Argentina, at 22 I traveled from Santiago-Chile by bus to Sao Paulo-Brazil, and I stayed for 4 months in a hospice for people with AIDS, It was a very hard experience, but at the same time very beautiful. Two years later my best friend gave me my first trip by plane, the destination again was Brazil, from that moment my desire to travel grew, grew and grew and I never could stop.

I visited many countries, until finally I met a Dutchman, we fell in love and today I live happily in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

In general I am a curious type, calm, but at the same time passionate and with a big cheeky side .

At the moment, I'm looking for friendship in Amsterdam or near Amsterdam.

When I was living in Chile, I was very active in CouchSurfing, I received a lot of guests and participated regularly in meetings.

Then CS became popular, the couch requests were less personalized and people took the system as a free hotel.

For this reason I currently do not receive guests, except if they send me a very good couch request, but I'm always open to meet new people and making friends.
