About Me

Hello Everyone! My name is Jake, and I love to travel and explore new things this beautiful planet can offer. A simple guy born and raised in Manila with plenty of experiences and adventures already. (too many to mention)

I was able to visit several provinces here in the Philippines—40,  to be exact. Btw, we have 81 provinces, so there is still a long road to come. It's definitely more fun in my country.

Well, I normally spend my day streaming on Spotify, watching shows on Netflix, reading and studying different things about other cultures, and learning more about how to visit your next target place.

I'm into sports as well. I play badminton, tennis, and beach volleyball.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Honestly, I dont know this app at all until a very good friend of mine recommended me this couchsurfing the last time we hang out and it I find it interesting.

I think this is a great platform to meet fellow travellers from all other place and have some fun together at the same time.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love listening to slow pop and alternative rock. Also, 90's songs will always be the greatest time of music.

Reading became one of my passions but due to my schedule at work, I rarely open a book nowadays. Given the chance to have a free time, I would immediately grab anything related to greek mythodology.

Comedy films drives me nuts everytime though my all time favourite movies are White Chicks, 13 Going 30 and Scary Movie.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The amazing thing ive done so far was conquering my fear about deep waters. I managed to learn freediving and it helped me to challenge my worst nightmare which is going out of boat without a lifevest.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can definitely share everything that I knew on my past travels.
