Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I recently quit my job and have decided to head away an extended backpacking trip.

I'm travelling through SE Asia and then overland through Europe.

I think Couchsurfing is a great (and cheap) way to travel and really meet local people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all kinds of music - but definitely instrumental music (or post-rock). So bands like Sigur Ros, Mogwai, Explosions in the Sky, Year of No Light etc.
I like electronic and dance music too - Four Tet, Caribou, Slugabed
Hip-hip (as well as beats)- Drake, Mathas (Perth based rapper), Onra, Apollo Brown.
And anything else good really as well. I have some indie, metal and folk on my ipod as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Late last year I ran a half marathon. That was pretty tough.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can obviously teach English. And the French that I can remember.
I play the drums so I can easily teach them to anyone.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am quite a good cook and would love to cook for my hosts.

Right now I have an abundance of time. I am happy to share my time with anyone who hosts me.
