What’s up! I’m Jake and I’m a DJ from Eugene trying to play more gigs up in Portland. I’m trying to find some good friends that could let me crash on their couch from time to time while I search for part time work and connections.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I will be working in Eugene every Monday-Wednesday so I’m looking for friends to stay with Wednesday nights- Sunday mornings. Down for a night or 2 at a time, or longer stays if it works for both parties.

If I were to stay, I would most likely be gone for work/music related stuff during the day. Looking for a safe place to store some of my things and have a spot to catch some zzzs at the end of the night!

I’m a DJ! I like a lot of different stuff so it’s hard to really say what’s my favorite. But I enjoy spinning UKG, House, Dubstep, DnB… even techno/hard techno. But outside of EDM, I have so much love for Rock, Hip Hop, Metal, Punk, Jazz, Soul, Classical… honestly you name it!

Sometimes I DJ at Shanghai Tunnel Bar. I really would like to place myself closer to the area so I can make it more of a recurring thing.. music is my life.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Food, Music, and some help with Utilities or what not if it’s reasonable. I don’t have a ton of money to spare but I am more than happy to try to be accommodating. Overall you can expect me to treat your home like a palace and clean up after myself always.
