Hey!!

My name is Jake Roque and I'm a 20 year old student and singer/songwriter from Huntington Beach, CA and I'm currently living in France for summer! I'm about to enter my 4th year at university studying business and marketing and some things I love to do for fun are make music, play sports (football, volleyball, basketball), surf, go camping and travel.

I speak English and have a fairly decent understanding of Spanish also. (2 years in high school). Very simple understanding of French as well. (lived in France for 1 month so far).

I'm Couchsurfing because I think it is an awesome way to get immersed in a culture and make new friends while traveling. I am living/working in France for summer and would love to see as much of Europe as possible while I am here. :)
