I'm an avid wanderer and love to adventure! I'm a full time student at UC Berkeley studying happiness and wellbeing in the workplace. I love to dance, I LOVE music, and I play the banjo. A lot. Love dogs, love to make people smile, and love making new friends!

I love folk music, bluegrass, alternative, good old fashioned rock n roll, and many others! I like superhero movies, comedy, psychological movies, and stuff that makes me think! I love all kinds of books, really depends what's in front of me!

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

When I was in Thailand I stumbled upon this tiny little temple built into a cave, and I had the chance to meditate with a monk in this cave for several hours, and spend the day learning from him about his take on meditation, buddhism, and the way the world works. it was extraordinary.

well, as a science teacher, I can teach lots of things about science! I also have a breadth of knowledge about wellbeing and happiness practices, and the science therein.

I can share music, hugs, smiles, diligent work ethic (if stuff needs to be done), childcare, mechanical skills, cleaning skills, and i'm sure there are more that I can't think of at the moment.
