My name is Jake and I'm 21 years old. I attend Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ, and am currently a senior studying entrepreneurship. I am originally from Portland, OR, but moved to Phoenix to attend school. Very outgoing personality, I love meeting new people and have a passion for traveling and new experiences.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm Couchsurfing through New York City at the end of October for a number of reasons. One of which is that it's my birthday. My girlfriend Courtney and I are traveling together as we've both never been, but NYC has been at the top of our bucket lists. The second is that my brother attends West Point, and I have never had a chance to visit him while he's away at school. Lastly, I thoroughly enjoy meeting new people and conversing with them, making connections in areas where I know no one, hearing their story and experiences and sharing my own.
