Overview
About Me
Hey, thanks for visiting my page! 👋🏻
My name is Jake, I am a 29 year old Englishman who has spent the last two years living on a little island in the Mediterranean called Malta.
I have recently become remote within my work, so as of March 2023, I will soon be joining dozens of digital nomads while I potter around the world.
First stop: SOUTH KOREA.
For me, life is about sharing moments—whether that be moments with those we walk through life with, those whom we meet spontaneously and walk with for a short while, or those whom we encounter, never to see one another again.
All moments are special.
FUTURE HOSTS:
The reason I chose to use this app instead of hotel surfing or Air BNBing is because of the opportunity to create those meaningful connections which can be harder to find when travelling solo.
So let’s cross paths for a little while, you can introduce me to your world, and we can exchange life stories, hopes, dreams, cultures, experiences, while creating some unforgettable memories.
Due to the fact that I am a remote worker, I would require hosts that have reliable, high speed internet, and don’t mind the fact that I work as well. PM me for more info!
Duration: I tend to stay in countries for the legal amount of time allocated (usually 2-3 months) so any amount of time you can offer, whether 4 days or 4 weeks, I am eternally grateful ☺️
A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME:
• I am an INFJ personality type
• I am a self-love & personal transformation writer who is currently in the process of building a blog
• I am vegan 🌱
• I am learning Korean (terribly), and I can play guitar (not so terribly)
• I like to workout, don’t do drugs, or drink (but we can share a beer 🍻 — when in Rome, as the saying goes)
• Love deep conversations (meaning of life, the Universe, life experiences, pretty much anything)
• I am an advocate for paying it forward and living in service to others. For me, this is through blood, bone marrow, and organ donation
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile and potentially opening up you home, life, and family to me — I look forward to meeting you!
Oh, and if you are wondering why I signed up in 2019 but have no references, it is because I didn’t end up travelling due to Covid haha 😆

Teach, Learn, Share
There is an extremely high probability that we are living in a computer simulated reality. The chance that we are not and that we are actually living in a physical reality is 1 in billions.
If just two of your 1,048,576 great-grandparents failed to meet each other, you would cease to exist — and that’s only going back 20 generations. In fact, the probability that you would ever exist at all, was 1 in 10²,⁶⁸⁵,⁰⁰⁰ — that’s 10, followed by 2,685,000 zeroes!
Translation: you are a walking talking miracle.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can teach you a British accent while simultaneously teaching you how to play the guitar. By the time we are done, you will be able to add ‘shitter version of Ed Sheeran’ to your resume 👍🏻
