I am a traveling Chef and I am in Costa Rica to work at an ecohostel. I am interested in learning about food and culture in Latin America.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would like to get a more personal and real experience with a host than the hostels offer.

Interests

I enjoy food, art, and the outdoors. I have a deep interest in learning the wide range of foods that Latin America has to offer. I am currently learning about photography and have been known to sculpt from time to time. Back in Colorado I am an avid hiker and camper. I also practice some Jiujitsu. I just completed my open water and advanced open water diving certifications.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traveled to Thailand to learn Muay Thai. I had 2 fights and won both.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach a fair amount about cooking or Jiu Jitsu if any one wants to roll.

I want to learn Spanish and I am currently working at it.

We can share our language, if anyone wants to become more proficient in English.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm pretty handy and I clean like crazy.
