I'm an avid traveler and lifelong learner working for Pearson, an education technology company. Prior to working at Pearson, I taught English as a new language in Spain and US History in Indiana. I'm still very new to Couchsurfing, but would like to get to know the community. In the past I've mostly used AirBnb, but want to get a feel for this network.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to travel, but I especially like to travel by getting to know locals. My hopeis that Couchsurfing is more conducive to this philosophy than AirBnb.
