ABOUT ME

I like variety, and to do things/go places that are a bit unusual or unexpected.

I run my own business as an I.T. consultant, developing software for events and exhibitions. I love all things to do with travel and languages - I like to pick up a least a few words of the local lingo wherever I go.

I like to sing - I'm in a choir, and have done various Musical Theatre productions (West Side Story was the last one - great fun).

I'm very easy-going, sociable, like a good chat. I'm not particularly into clubbing and other noisy drunken nightlife - would rather have a beer in a friendly pub or at home and have a good conversation. I don't smoke. - if you're coming to stay at mine then no smoking inside please! :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Most of my couchsurfing was when I cycled from London to Warsaw - met LOADS of amazing, friendly and extremely generous people who will forever be in my debt.
