I love hosting travelers, foreign or filipino. I rarely travel now to focus on business. Hosting is my way to somehow travel through other travelers. Hosting gives me the chance to learn from different people who love to share travel stories.

Most of the time, travelers just pass by our place to go to other towns of Cagayan. It is quite understandable somehow because other towns of Cagayan Valley has a lot more to offer, but our city is famous for a few things also:

1. Batil Patung is a signature delicacy with a number of variants.
2. Buntun Bridge is the longest river bridge in the country.
3. A good view of the Sierra Madre which is the longest mountain range in the country.

As I host more couchsurfers, I’m slowly discovering that there is more to Tuguegarao than just those 3 listed above. I have made it my goal to somehow change it from just being a gateway to other towns into a place where travelers will choose to stay for a day or two.

Our city is the urban area in our province. If you'd like to relax from your tiring adventure elsewhere, I would be glad to accompany you to places that suits your relaxation choice. We can go for a good massage, a food crawl, a great night out and more.

I simply love hanging out with fellow travelers because I love hearing unique stories about their countries, backgrounds, adventures and sometimes even life experiences.

Unfortunately for me, our city doesn't get a lot of visitors. If we do have visitors, most don't bother to check this app because they think we don't have active couchsurfers here. We do have a number of hosts here. In fact, I have made an effort to know a few. I ask them to take care of my guests when I’m busy and it has worked quite well with past guests.
