Hey my name is Jakob and I `m 19 years old. Just graduated from highschool this summer, I decided that I want to travel to South America. Since the beginning of september I am in South America. I was three month in Cusco, Peru and studied Spanish and did two month of internship in a hospital.
Now I am travelling for three month. Started in Peru, now in Bolivia, next Paraguay and then Brazil.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I made the experience that it is not really easy to get in touch with locals in some countries. Often tourists and locals are really separated. I dont like that. During my travels I also want to get to know the diferent lifestyles in the world and get to know nice places besides the touristic highlights.
I prefer communicating, eating and cooking together, than staying alone. So Couchsurfing gives the perfect opportunity of having fun together, dip in a culture and make new friends.

Centres d'intérêt

I really like sports. Almost all kinds of. In Munich I am playing in a fieldhockey club. Football is also my passion. Watching and of course playing. In Cusco I played at 3400 meters altitude once a week. In winter I am a skiier and I like swimming. So I am on for all sports.
I like the countryside to discover nature in trekking or biking, but I also feel comfortable in cities in order to meet people, discover a city or go out.

Furthermore theatre is a big interest, too. I played in highschool in a theatre group and I visit reaguarly theatre and opera performances.
