Currently living in Stockholm together with my girlfriend and a cat. I am studying medicine. I recently finished my second year and even though school takes up a lot of time, I always manage to find time for my pleasures in life which are food, friends and wine.

I love music, wine and people. With a history in restaurants and working as a sommelier I have to say that my biggest passion in life is food and beverages, but these together with friends is my jazz.

Music, Movies, and Books

My taste in music really depends on my daily mood or the activity. While working/studying I like classical music or some mellow house, but if I were to go to a concert I usually go to a Jazz, Rock or House concert.

Books: Classical writers such as Orwell, Kafka, Verne but also modern fantasy like RR. Martin or Rothfuss.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to spend a day in the kitchen with someone. Learning and teaching new and interesting dishes but also refining the ones you know.
