About Me

Started the account in 2015 but somehow never got to use it.
I really enjoy travelling - especially the active/adventurous one while soaking in some of the local culture in the form of food, stories or people. For the third year now, I am living in Berlin, Germany, where I work in the financial services. From the professional point of view, I am especially enthusiastic about the newest technology as well as economy and/or startups. My favorite way of spending my free time is by doing sport - I am playing football for an amateur club here in Berlin but recently I am really into biking and swimming. I also love animals and live together with my 1y old cat named Kobe (yeah I am basketball fan too).

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to all kinds of music - rap, rock, jazz and soul would be the most favourite ones. The very favourite album was recently Malibu from Anderson Paak. (I wrote this in 2015, I guess I will just leave it here, it is still an amazing album :)) I should add a way more electronic music (I guess Berlin has this special aura) incl. DnB (especially liquid), minimal techno and trance or hardbass.
Few favorite movies to mention would be Trainspotting, Clockwork Orange, Inglorious Bastards or the Last Dance series.
I enjoyed Harrari's books quite a lot. Especially the Homo Deus. Otherwise I really enjoy some insightful and well written stories, like Born to Run or What does not kill us from S. Carney. I don't read novels very often, but if then I enjoy Kerouac or Bukowski. George Orwell's Animal Farm or Coelho's Alchemyst have a special place in by book shelf.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Me and my friends we went through the "Kozjak" canyon in Triglav National Park in Slovenia. Stupid enough to take on the hardest one for the first time ever, but maybe because of that it was even more amazing. In 5°C water we went on to jump from 8-10mn rocks while moving forward the whole time. One hell of an adrenaline surge.

Teach, Learn, Share

I speak fluent Slovak, Czech, English and German, so I guess I could teach you some of these. I would be super happy to share any of my travelling experience from Europe, USA or Southeast Asia. I have always an open ear for thoughts on economy, markets, technology or innovation.
