About Me
I love Couchsurfing's section of "one amazing thing I have done" , to remind myself that I am amazing. When I forget about it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It's magic to go to a completely foreign country and just have a walk around the place like it would be your home city, with friendly people as your friends.
I'd like to get to know new people/friends, different opinions and views, hear perception changing experiences and see beautiful places. Life is discovering who we are, and it is more efficient when we meet interesting people :)
A few years back, my old me, been usually travelling to destinations near sea or hiking with bigger group of people here in Slovakia, but I have discovered new way of travelling, a more adventurous way, using CS.

Music, Movies, and Books
Ludovico Einaudi, The Piano Guys, Yatao, Conscious hip-hop (slovak) - conscious means that the lyrics are not about drugs, money or so, but that it is motivational to actions, especially changes to the self, in a good way.
I am learning to play Djembe.
Small Prince from Antonio de Saint-Exupery, Power of now from Eckhart Tolle, any motivational books about finance and business (how it can be done for a purpose other than money). I don't really watch TV or movies, but I liked Avatar and watched Matrix a long time ago, and I would like to watch it again as now it's clear to me, the I did not understand the meaning hidden behind many scenes.
Last but not least, Harry Potter, Alex Rider, Karl May stuff and Sherlock Holmes have been read on one breath by me, a long time ago.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Decided that I want to be happy.
That I am responsible for my feelings as everyone else, so I can set healthy boundaries, as others have this responsibility as well (from my point of view). I am moving myself and those around me towards people who we resonate more with.
Couchsurfing for a first time in Finland (I hope that it's not an only reason why I fell in love with the country).
Climbing via ferrata in Austria and Italy was thing when I realised how is it possible not to be afraid of heights, also in 2018 I managed to jump from more than 10 metres to water (before I could not do it from 2 - for a progress reference :D ).
Swimming in Danube in November was amazing as well, but the simplest things are the best, like walking barefoot and experiencing the texture of earth underneath.
Teach, Learn, Share
I want to attend Mindfulness Project in Thailand, but also any other Natural Building community in the world. Natural building is of high interest to me, as it is looking for solutions to solve as many problems as possible, while remaining as simple that it is sustainable, and does not need factories or nanotechnology (not counting wool - which is nano technology in and of itself :)
As a programmer I can teach you how to do your first hello world program, but I will not teach you a boring theory, so first you need to have an idea - what you want your program to do. Or better, I will teach you how to cold brew a coffee ... of course I will drink it with you so you can be sure it's not poisonous. But this is possible only if you stay for more than one night (because it takes that long).
What I Can Share with Hosts
I was at beer brewing course, so I can talk about it for hours, but as it is quite complicated and I don't want to brew full work-time; so for now I am only drinking it.
Thinking about solutions for challenging problems (not only in programming - for example in sustainability).
Observing emotions, learning from them, to then discover that even those bad ones were just messengers with good intentions.
Opinions, skills, talk about values and business ideas (even realize them), laugh, good time. I like learning almost anything new, especially about myself, but it has to be learning by doing. Probably that's the reason I haven't went to university.
