ABOUT ME

Hallo!! My name is Jakub and I'm from Czech republic. Currently I'm studying university in second largest city in Czech Rep. Brno on Faculty of Forestry and Wood Technology. I live in North Moravia in small village in wonderful nature, therefore i love pure nature very much. Especially when doing ascents in local rocks. Now, clinbing is my most favourite sport, but I love almost every summer and winter sport. When I'm in the city, I like to have good beer in local pub or go to the party.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have two CS experiences. 1) Me and my friend visited a family while traveling across Slovenia. I can say, that it was the best thing from whole country. I love to meet local people when I travel anywhere. 2) We were visiting Rovaniemi with my friend and we stood whole week at very experienced couchsurfer and it was just great!

Interests

I like active living. I enjoy many kinds of sports. It can be indoors, like floorball, volleyball, badminton; outdoors like football, tennis, etc. But the most I like adventurous sports like climbing, mountaineering, skiing, snowboarding,..
When I'm not in nature, I like to visit good architecture, both modern and old.
My another loving hobby is taking pictures of all these activities on my Nikon camera.
I enjoy meeting people from all over the world and I love to learn basics of every language I meet :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

On my 20th birthday I got Bungee jump from my father and it was amazing. I like heights so I enjoyed it a lot, free fall is great feeling.
