I love the outdoors and traveling to beautiful places, especially on bicycle. I also like to write music and make psychedelic artwork.
I am a licensed massage therapist and certified spinning instructor and dedicated musician and enjoy the occasional triathlon.

Love good books, cool places (actually warm places) with amazing wildlife and clean fresh air and great food, Thailand is one of the finest I've experienced thus far, different cultures and languages and ancient architecture. Foreign music and sacred traditions, home cooking, and healthful living!

Office Space, Dumb and Dumber, Peter Sellers Pink Panther movies... Jazz form Miles Davis to Jon Scofield, METAL from Clutch to Megadeth, FUNK from James Brown to Red Hot Chili Peppers... All kinds of stuff, not so much country. Really into John Steinbeck, George R.R. Martin and most fantasy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Feeding Stingrays by hand in the Cayman Islands. Exploring Southern Thailand via scooter. Scuba diving with leopard sharks and sea lions.
