About Me

Lawyer in Manhattan just dancing this little dance with the city.

***********************************

CURRENT MISSION

Live Laugh Love

ABOUT ME

Open minded, inquisitive, deep, superficial, and a physically active person all rolled into one.

Also - I'm gay and live pretty close to the gay area in Hell's Kitchen via the express train at 125th St.

Orientation is irrelevant to me. What is important is that you are an interesting, philosophical, free-thinking individual. Whether we have differing opinions or are cut from the same cloth, I welcome alternative opinions because it makes me stronger and more diverse...in thought.

PHILOSOPHY

Laugh as if no one can hear you.

Live like there is no tomorrow.

Love like you've never been hurt.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well I surfed in Melbourne and Sydney and hosted in San Diego 3 times. All successes with cool people. I love this project.

Interests

Music, Movies, and Books

Pride and Prejudice was amazing. Oliver Twist showed me how a truly gentile spirit can persevere through anything. Currently reading Plato's Symposium. I'm interested in your definition of love?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I saw Mother Goose's grave, stood in Al Capone's jail cell at Alcatraz, saw bats hanging from a tree in Sydney's Botanical Garden, driven a Multipurpose Amphibious Assault Ship, ran a steam plant, given a bum $5.00, helped build a house, driven a convertible, crossed the street in Mumbai India (if you've been there, you know), traded necklaces with a little boy in India, saw Aboriginals in person, saw a 6-star hotel, saw Monkey Brains on a restaurant menu, shot a 9mm Baretta.

Teach, Learn, Share

I don't know but wanna know something weird, I cannot sleep in a room if there are doors open: closet doors, the room door, a dresser drawer, it freaks me out. It doesn't seem safe to me :/ not sure why.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A couch, an air mattress, maybe a spare private bedroom.

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Bahrain, Egypt, Guam, Hungary, India, Malaysia, Netherlands, Singapore, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

United States
