ABOUT ME

Javier:I'm an out-going, optimistic, friendly,Open-minded guy, who really wants to meet people from other different cultures.
I love doing outdoors activities, so that I'm really concerned about the enviroment.
I enjoy learning new languages because it is an important thing if u really want to understand other culture.

Gloria: I am a really friendly person, I consider myself an open-minded, patient, funny girl. I love sports, specially soccer, I enjoy every minut of it. I like learning and hearing another languages, I think meeting people from other cultures is really cool.

we like to do many things, from reading a book, seeing a movie, going to a party, staying home and having a beer or a glass of wine, we are really adaptable persons. we both smoke but we won't be dying if we don't smoke for several days :)

we like to talk about many things,( culture, politics, religion, whatever), and we have our very points of view but we certainly hear and respect other opinions,

we both have a catholic background but we have our own way of thinking of religion :), that means we respect all the religions in the world :)

About our relationship we are like brother and sister, we have been friends since we got in college, and we got along inmediately, we can trust each other our lives if it was necessary :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We think that couching people in our house is the best way to help people who wants to travel all around the world, because we think that everybody should have the chance to do it without spending a lot of money.
It is also a great chance to make new friends and find out there's a lot of nice people out there :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Javier:I really enjoy listening to electronic music, David Guetta for example :), I also like amy winehouse, bob marley etc. but I often like any kind of music gender because music is a representative thing
of cultures,
I love to see all kinds of movies, psi-fi, comedy, romantic, thrillers, etc.
I've read books like, Da vInci COde, Dorian's gray portrait, cien años de soledad, but what I like the most is reading books related to languagues and cultures

Gloria: I love watching movies, specially the romantic comedies but I'm a really open person to any kind of movie.
My life wouldn't be the same without music, I like any kind of gender ( pop, alternative, rock,electronic, romantic style, everything). I play a little bit of guitar, I don't know why I stopped Learnig it haha :)
I like Gabriel Garcia Marques books like cien cuentos peregrinos.

Teach, Learn, Share

javier: I can teach you how to cook some traditional mexican dishes, and to speak some spanish :), and I teach you little of tae kwon do. I'd like to learn whatever you want to teach me of your culture

Gloria: I can teach you how to play soccer and guitar, and of course my native language ( spanish).
I'd like to learn your traditions, your language and your way of living.
