I was born in South Africa after my family moved over from Ireland. After finishing University in South Africa I have been working and travelling around the world for the last 10 years.

I am taking a year out from work to travel the world. I am starting in Europe for a few months, into Russia to take the Trans-Siberian Railway through to Mongolia and China. Spending a month in China and then through to India, SE Asia, Australia and then a bit of North Africa.

It's a once in a life time experience and I want to meet as many locals in as many cities as possible. Experiencing local cultures/food and life.

I love to read and have many favourites by I would say my favourite is Cloud Atlas (although I didn't think the movie did it justice)

I have worked as a ski host in both France and America. These 2 winter seasons were amazing and I had some of the best experiences in my life.
