To travel and visit all the interesting places on earth, whilst learning about other cultures and traditions.

ABOUT ME

I'd describe myself as quiet, and well mannered, whilst others say that I am eager to please and don't like to be a bother to anybody. Can also say that I can be rather random and spontaneous, if there's a special offer on flights to a random destination, I'm likely to buy tickets!

I study full time at Royal Holloway University of London, and am currently in the 1st year of a BSc in Geology. I have an interest in sciences and geography, hence my love of travelling. I also enjoy the great outdoors and hiking, and hope to develop my geological understanding whilst I travel around. In my spare time I enjoy practising photography, so I tend to look like a typical tourist whilst travelling!

My vices are drinking and smoking cigars, I'd love to smoke a cigar with anybody!

Unfortunately I live in University dorms at the moment, so am unable to host people. I will do in the future whenever I get my own place!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

No couchsurfing experience yet, but have spent many nights staying in hostels.

My music tastes are a bit strange, my favourite genre is classic Trance, so anything from the Early 90's to the Mid 00's. But I also enjoy house music, electronica, hardcore etc. Not a fan of rock/metal, classical & jazz in the right environments. Also a casual listener of 90's West Coast gangster rap.

I'm not really a "movie connoisseur", but I like action, comedy, adventure films along with comedy. Not a massive fan of science fiction, fantasy, animated stuff etc. Lets just say I like my movies to be realistic! My favourite films are probably Office Space and Trainspotting.

TV series I enjoyed immensely include Breaking Bad, Scrubs, The Office (US) and King of the Hill. Wow that's very American, I should probably watch more British shows but I don't own a TV!

Was present at the Malaysian Independence Day celebrations (31st August 2014). Experienced the best of Malaysian culture that day, and as a tall, white guy I had many photo requests!

Still got plenty of time left to add to this!

Wow, this is a tricky one!

Since I'm only currently 19, I don't really have masses of life experience but I can help you identify rocks, and I'm pretty good at diagnosing computer issues, and can advise you on what computer hardware you should get. Same with photography.
