About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I work at an extremely busy restaurant in Boston but when I get a few days off I like to hop on my motorcycle and go for rides throughout the North East. let me know if I have a place to crash after a long day of riding, first rounds on me.
ABOUT ME
After three years in Boston after college running my family's wine and spirits business, I realized that I had no wife, no kids and no mortgage and I wasn't happy or healthy living in Boston so I got on my motorcycle and road around the entire continent of North America. 28,000 km in 11 weeks! It was the greatest trip of my life and there is no going back to a normal life after an adventure like that so I went looking for a motorcycle tour guiding company in South America, a place I love and hope to spend many years of my life.
PHILOSOPHY
Buena gente son buena gente. Be a good member of our species and good things will come to you. Practice random acts of kindness.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
When I lived in the Ski town of Telluride Colorado and later when I was a student in Durango Colorado, hosting friends, family, friends of friends and such was almost expected. We were so fortunate to have found such a wonderful place in the world and felt obligated to share the wonder and beauty of the San Juan Rockies with anyone who was willing to come through. I hope you all make it to Durango and especially Telluride one day.
Interests
Motorcycle riding, drinking nice wine with nice people. Yoga in the park. Throwing a frisbee (it relaxes me and after an hour, you'll realize it can be a nice workout as well). Reading. Sitting by the beach and doing very little.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Climbed a few 14,000ft mountains in Colorado. Have Snowboarded on 3 continents. Have climbed 75ft up into a tree and stayed for over an hour, blowing in the wine in New Mexico. Have riden a motorcycle over 1,600 km in a single day. Circled all of North America on a bike, camping and sleeping in a hommock under the stars.
