I am from USA but have lived in Bangkok, Thailand for over 8 years now teaching English. I NEVER IN MY LIFE thought I would be a teacher(not my 1st choice) but the freedom(holidays, time to travel, etc) are GREAT.
Before this I lived in New York City and went to Culinary School there. IT WAS fantastic. I love food, like cooking-but cooking for 600 people a night was stressful--but still fun.
I love to travel and meet new people. I don't judge by the color of their skin or their religious beliefs. It's all based on personal experience. The more the better.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well my friend here in BKK is a host and has had some pretty cool experiences. and previously when travelling the chance to meet others that i normally wouldn't meet has proven to produce great experiences and great friendships, so I thought I'd give this a try.
