***I have now graduated, so I no longer live in Durham.***

I was a student at Durham University. I have since returned to my home city of Birmingham, where I have trained to be a teacher. I've decided it's not for me, so the next few years are yet unknown!

I want to meet new people from around the country and the world. I've really enjoyed hosting in Durham, seeing the city through fresh eyes and sharing the simple pleasures in life with my guests. I also had a great time staying in Hamburg, where I stayed with a host so fabulous she made me feel like I should do more!!!

I have as many favourite music styles as changes of mood. I generally listen to music in the wider term 'classical', but listen to all sorts besides.

I realised a little while ago that there are loads of books I ought to read. Currently enjoying L'estranger (in English).
