So I close my eyes, spin the globe, and find myself headed to San Fran to start the next chapter in this Epic poem called my life!

ABOUT ME

I love movement, dance and music. Been dancing all my life, I'm following my dreams, moving to San Francisco with two suitcases and a ton of talent to start my own dance company. Since age 17, I've been dancing professionally-- ballroom, latin and swing--now stepping out to perform at the highest level! I've had the pleasure of meeting tons of stellar individuals all over the country, immediately joined in love by the passion for this powerful force called SALSA--I'm thankful for those valuable interactions, and I hope to meet so many more in other arts in this step of my journey.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is all about creation and contribution. We were creatively designed by a Creative Source, created to perpetuate that creative energy through our unique contributions.

The only thing that is real is the moment we are in right now. We cannot undo what we have done in the past, but we can choose what actions today will create for us the moments in the future that we will enjoy the same as this. We need not worry for the future because it does not yet exist.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My life calling is to encourage the social energy and entertainment to eyes and hearts everywhere. Personal exchange is the mother of all education and I seek to learn by sharing--i dance, cook, sing, dance, enjoy a wide spectrum of music, train physically, love deep theology/philosophy, did I mention dance? I am eager to experience new places and San Fran is where I'm starting

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Never couch surfed with anyone I've never met, but I was referred by some close friends of mine to this social network. However, any host will find that I am especially easy to get along with, respectful of personal space, and overall very tidy. With my work ethic, you'd barely know I was there.

I can teach latin, swing and ballroom dance. I can take a person with two left feet and give them a right. I can take a group of uncoordinated individuals and get them to boogie-on-down together to their favorite tunes in style!

I like to share my experiences with a wide variety of cultures and types of people with which I have come in contact in my lifetime. Growing up on the east coast and traveling as a performing salsa dancer, I've picked up so much that others may love, such as the expression of dance and movement for brain function and mood, ethnic cuisine, fitness ideologies and simply the East Coast perspective to someone from the West Coast.

I'd like to be shown how one makes it on the West Coast. How to get around town, how to become integrated with the variety of cultures, and so much more.
