At 26 I've worked for a couple years on Logistics within an impact oriented startup in Vancouver, graduated with a Bsc. from UVIC, and now I'm looking to gain some new experiences, meet some new friends, and generally cut loose from responsibility before it's too late :)

I'm trying to get to Montreal, relearn french, and secure some longer term (month to month) housing through Airbnb - but I have 0 references with either Airbnb or Couchsurfing.com, and I'm finding that I really need those to find affordable shelter. Help!
