The local friends of mine who have most exciting travel stories swear by couchsurfing and its power to connect people who quickly become good friends.

When I arrive in a new city, I wish to immerse myself immediately into its culture. The first step for me is to meet and interact with socially engaged locals who can point me in the right direction.

Once I'm back from my trip to Europe (Aug '15-), I'd be delighted to host people in the wonderful city of Melbourne and share my home and my knowledge of where to eat, drink, dance, and explore.
