To continue to visit many countries whilst teaching English

ABOUT ME

After graduating University I was lucky enough to land a good IT job at my local University. The thought of being stuck in one job and being behind a computer for the rest of my life freaked me out so I decided to travel and do volunteer work.

I am now continuing to travel and teach English and will now be staying in China for sometime

PHILOSOPHY

I don't think I'm very philosophical. I just want to do as many things as I can while I have the chance.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have had some really great experiences Couchsurfing in the past. I'm now finally in a position to host so I am always happy to have a guests when my work schedule allows.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Going on a family trip with a Thai Couchsurfer and then staying on her family farm and learning about Thai farming was amazing! She really understood what Couchsurfing was about and wanted to share her culture.

Generally meeting a lot of really cool people is the best thing!

Intereses

I really like getting out into nature and trekking.

I love experiencing new cultures and meeting new people.

I love music and films

I love all kinds of outdoor activities but unfortunately it's been a while since I've had the chance

I really watch a lot of Korean revenge movies like Oldboy

I like.. Chillout, rock, Drum and bass, Dubstep, hip hop... most things... at the moment I mostly listen to chilled out music like

Ben howard, Angus and julia stone, Morcheeba, Bonobo

My favourite book is Shantaram but I'm not a big reader

Teaching kids in my friends village in Cambodia was a very amazing experience. Seeing how happy all the students are with what little they have
