About Me

(The best Baltimore recommendations ever are at the end of my profile. Additional resources of place to stay if I can't host you are in "My Home" tab)

Originally from Baltimore, MD, but previously lived in Denver, CO on and off for the past 10 years. I have been to all 50 states in America and have camped out in several National Parks. I'm now trying to run a half marathon in all 50 states, currently 13 in. Wish me luck!

I enjoy hiking, camping, bicycling, cooking, socializing, community projects, concerts.

My biggest interests to talk about are music, new technology/innovation, learning about peoples life goals, podcast recommendations, road trips, storytelling, philanthropy, startups, etc.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I occasionally host travelers, but can almost always meet up. I give the best recommendations ever!

Previously I worked for a hostel for a few years doing community engagement management. This gave me the opportunity of meeting many types of people from around the world on a regular basis. It was truly an amazing experience that I'm glad to have had. I work remote in digital marketing which has given me the opportunity to live in Philly for a summer and NYC the summer before that. It also allows for flexibility to meet CSer's and show them around!

Interests

I play in a band - we've played music festivals, toured, etc. We were selected to play Baltimore biggest annual event in 2025. I took an oath to donate all of our merch sales to a local animal shelter as part of an act of goodwill to express gratitude to the city for picking us to play.

I have a podcast where I primarily interview artists that used to be famous. We talk about the highs and lows of fame, touring, festivals, etc. Check it out in the link below -

The Obstacle is the Way by Ryan Holiday, The Metamorphosis by Franz Kafka, anything by National Geographic.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I helped create a physical community currency accepted at 250 local businesses in Baltimore City. The philosophy is we are an option to support local businesses for consumers to consider buying, spending, and sourcing local.

I am a winner on CBS television game show The Price Is Right, I can show you the winning video if you want.

Teach, Learn, Share

Sharing good stories and. cultural exchange.
