ABOUT ME

I'm a senior at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, graduating this May with dual concentrations in Filmmaking and Brain, Behavior & Cognitive Science. I've been comfortable describing myself first and foremost as a student these past four years, so I'm eager to find out how I'll carry myself in the real world.

I plan to work in the film industry, and consequently, movies are what I'm all about. Making them, watching them, talking about them, I love everything cinema-related. I'm also a big fan of a wide range of music, and I love to socialize and party. Most of all, I'm down for most any experience, though I'll probably spend at least some of the time filming or taking pictures of it.

I roadtripped to and from LA last summer and fell in love with traveling and seeing other places. I've grown up in the same area my whole life, and I've never done much traveling before, but now I can't wait to explore everything that other places have to offer.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just got started on CSing so I haven't had the chance to participate much yet, but I have been posting on the forums of some groups and I plan to meet other Michigan CSers soon.

I'm also very eager to host anyone needing to stay in Ann Arbor, as I have several couches and a love for the city (and of course meeting new people!)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Although it wasn't through couchsurfing.org, I did two weeks of couch surfing last May when I moved out to LA. I drove out there without having any place to live, and while I looked I stayed with various friends for a few days at a time. It was an awesome experience that exposed me to several very different parts of the area, and I'm grateful that things happened that way.
