ABOUT ME

I'm a fun-loving 27yr old lad that parties hard but works even harder! I have been travelling for nearly 3 years now and have enjoyed living & working in Edinburgh and Barcelona for the greater part of that time, squeezing little adventures to visit people all over europe and the world. I love and enjoy all aspects of food, from markets, to preparing, to cooking and most importantly of all... Eating! I even left my Architecture career recently for a year to pursue life as a Chef. I prioritise festivals above all else and enjoy a drink or two or three then bust out some advanced manoeuvres on the d-floor. Professionally, as an Architect, I collaborate with universities and institutions to develop/investigate student and research projects in a number of short - long term workshops and ongoing projects.

Climb Mt.Fuji (Japan) in shorts, t-shirt, pair of vans and mini-flashlight overnight to see the most amazing sunrise in the world, standing next to a coca-cola vending machine from 3776m above sea level.
