ABOUT ME

From the time I was 10 until I was almost 16, I did TaeKwonDo and received my 1st Dan black belt, and was able to test for my 2nd Dan by the time I left. I say this because doing martial arts, consciously or not, has shaped my value system and the way I see people. I am respectful yet direct, polite yet loud, smart yet forgetful, and confident yet humble. I love people and meeting new faces is energizing and fun.

Here are some random facts about me: First I am an out and proud gay man. I was a valedictorian in high school, I broke my arm when I was 13 falling off a haystack, I grew up in the same house my entire life, my favorite color is purple, I love crying, horror movies, and I long to be a dancer for Lady Gaga one day.

Some other things I really enjoy doing are cooking, reading independent news, and watching documentaries. I am mostly vegan because health is really important to me, and I know a lot about diets and food in general. I love documentaries and independent news because I think you learn so much more from them than any news station.

I joined this site because I've heard so much about it and I think it is a much more exciting way to travel in cities around the world than to be cooped up in a hotel somewhere. I am very excited to be a part of the community and can't wait to meet people from everywhere!

I've only surfed with a couple different people in Minneapolis, and it was a great time!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I saw Lady GaGa in concert when she came to my hometown Denver. It was so beyond amazing and will always remain one of the most incredible moments of my life.

Walking around Barcelona and seeing Gaudi's architecture is an experience like nothing else. I've never seen anything like it.
