ABOUT ME

I'm laid-back, like to discuss life and learn new skills, dance, drum, artist, granola, bohemian raised in the suburbs, plant herder and a good listener. I do unexpected stuff like attend laughter yoga at the beach at sunrise, volunteer at community gardens and go for a sound bath at the Integratron at Joshua Tree.

PHILOSOPHY

Once upon a time, I tried to change the world and felt powerless. Then I focused on changing myself and discovered I was powerful.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Stayed with a family in Vancouver while attending an educational workshop on opera for the classroom. A good experience, we enjoyed sharing meals and discussing metaphysical topics. The family cat had recently given birth, so there were kittens rolling around.

The Artist's Way

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Worked as a performer at The Jeckyll and Hyde Club in NYC, which could be zany, but something else happens there too. People who have trauma over disfigurement are drawn to it and I was able to be there for folks, to listen to them and help them know they are accepted.
