the only thing better than good food or good conversation is both at the same time
I am currently on exchange in Lyon, France. TI love to read and can't wait to hear about the cultures of everyone I meet throughout my travels. I'm really excited to meet new people, make new friends, and to learn (I'm kind of obsessed with learning).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
When I travel, it's always great to share food/drinks/great conversation with my hosts. When I'm at home, it's always fun to host people and learn about where they come from.
i'm still blown away by all the amazing people you're put in contact with at the touch of a button. enriching and edifying in so many ways. my travels would probably have been a hundred times less fun without it.
cooking (always willing to help in the kitchen). literature, languages, people, travelling, MUSIC- i love playing guitar (or any instrument i can get my hands on) and jamming
Music, Movies, and Books
i like old stuff: blues, jazz, rock, folk, funk. john ford (the director), westerns (movies), john wayne, bob dylan, jimi hendrix, sam cooke, on the road, faulkner, joyce, shakespeare, etc...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once stayed in a 650 year old house in the French countryside, that was quite an experience.
Also, my former gym teacher hit me with his car while I was biking. (This is something I would have much rather not done, but it is pretty crazy I think)
Countries I’ve Visited
