I have been working on a project to display the nutritional composition of the foods that we eat in a interactive visual manner on digital devices. I have put together a spread sheet of the in-depth nutritional composition of around 25,000 food items. '

I would love to share this information with anyone you if you just want to have the information/data

aside from that endeavor, I have a great deal of knowledge I would love to share about cooking/food/tea/beverages/infusions/fermentation
