ABOUT ME

I`m Tanzanian who identifies as gay, I am the founder and Executive Director of LGBT Voice Tanzania. My mission is to create a secure and welcoming environment for LGBTQ+ individuals and everyone in our community.

My efforts are focused on promoting equality, increasing awareness, and offering support to those in dire need. I strive to dismantle barriers and fight against discrimination, aiming to build a society where everyone can freely express their authentic selves without fear. My dedication to this cause is steadfast, and I draw inspiration daily from the bravery and strength of the LGBTQ+ community in Tanzania. Together, we have the potential to forge a more inclusive and hopeful future for everyone.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am relatively new here and don't have any references yet. I haven't hosted or been hosted, but I'm confident that I will soon make new friends. Couchsurfing is a great way to meet and connect with people from different backgrounds. I look forward to sharing my culture and traditions, making visitors feel at home in Tanzania. It's a fantastic opportunity to exchange stories and experiences, allowing others to dive into the beauty and richness of Tanzanian culture.

By opening my home and heart to travelers, I aim to create a welcoming environment where they can truly experience the warmth and hospitality of Tanzania. Whether it's sharing a meal, exploring local sights, or simply having a conversation, I strive to make every guest feel like a part of the community.
