So I've just finished my final exams at school and have decided to take a year out to go and see the world a little bit before I head off to university. I've been working for most of this year off to save up enough coin to fund my trip.

Really excited to venture out there and see some amazing stuff and meet some great people. This is where Couchsurfing comes in. I'd love to meet up with some great people when I'm out and about and maybe even find someone so generous to put me and my travelling buddy up for a night or two.

At any rate, I'm so buzzed to be finally get out there and see some of the world and I'm hoping the couchsurfing community can make this trip even better!

One of my favourite movies has to be The Shawshank Redemption but again my tastes vary widely.

I'm guilty of not reading as often as I should I admit. But a few of my favourite novels include The Thorn Ogres of Hagwood, Looking for Alaska, and Before I Die.

I haven't done anything especially amazing yet but in the near future I will be travelling to Mexico with the Sol Kids charity to help out with the construction of a school. Super excited to be able to do this!
