ABOUT ME
I've just graduated from University in the UK, and am now looking forward to doing some memorable things with my freedom! I'm a very friendly guy, will get along with just about anybody and love meeting new people and having a good time with them. In a way, I'm a born traveller as family life has meant that I have lived in a bunch of different countries from South America, Europe and Asia. I don't want to stop seeing new places any time soon so hopefully this website will help me keep it up (does graduating mean I'm officially unemployed? Either way I don't think hotels are a sustainable option!)
PHILOSOPHY
The way I see it, there's just too much out there to see and do to just stay in one place the whole time. Couchsurfing seems to me a perfect way to get out and see it and do it. Also, this way I don't have to get a job yet...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm quite new to the CS scene but I think it might be the beginning of a beautiful friendship...
Interests
I love doing anything that I've never done before, completely open-minded, the more unusual the better! Also travelling of course, especially outside of Europe, hope to keep extending my list of places and experiences. Anything sporty, being English, football is a passion as a given, but anything requiring some athleticism or being outdoors is going to grab my attention. I love films, french arthouse or summer blockbuster, I'll probably give it a chance. Love listening to music, pretty much got my ipod with me anywhere I go, sometimes the right song can just change how you see the world around you. Also play a little bit of guitar but I'm no viruoso!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The one thing that stands out to me is a day spent in Costa Rica a couple of years ago. I was in a small beach town, the weather was perfect, sun shining not a cloud to be seen. We walked out to this area close by which was where a stream or river had formed a series of 3 waterfalls, each with its own plunge pool, and you could make the jumps from the top of each to the pool underneath. It was surrounded by jungle and there were even a few branches that extended out over one of the pools so if you were daring enough you could climb over and drop in from them. The atmosphere was just amazing that day.
