I love people and experiences! I was born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin, attended college in Madison (WI), then moved to Huntington Beach, California after graduating in July 2014. In 2015, I attained my dream job as an Operational Consultant at MR|ProFun where I build business operations and consult on physical plans and design for theme parks, museums, distilleries, observation decks, attractions, and brand centers around the world -- pretty much anything you spend your leisurely money on, I'm the numbers and strategy behind it. With that, I've been building world-class attractions for the last two and half years and have yet to leave the country! That's about to change in May 2018 with a trip to Europe!

I'm couchsurfing to get the most authentic stay in each country I visit from people who actually live and experience the surroundings daily. I want to fully immerse myself in the culture and lifestyle of locals. Plus, I love seeing the makeup of homes throughout the country (and world), and how they differ in each region -- it truly fascinates me.
Furthermore, I'm trying to avoid the 'traditional' stay experience as I set out on my new journeys. In hotels, concierge recommend the most obvious places to eat, drink, and sight-see, and rarely disclose the hidden gems around the city. Airbnbs can be a bit pricey and do not offer the same great visit as someone hosting guests for the true enjoyment of meeting new people, learning new things, and providing guidance to newcomers.

I'm energetic (and funny) but respectful; I'm conscious of my surroundings and respect people's need for quiet time. I'm extremely clean, I don't mind cleaning up after others or myself, and I never leave a mess -- even when I'm living out of a suitcase. I'm basically like.. the perfect guest.
