I am a committed life-long learner, an observant student of life. The topics currently lighting me up include Ayurveda and Psychology. I find rejuvenation through cooking, gardening, and practicing yoga. I step beyond my comfort zone by wilderness backpacking and traveling solo!

I’m currently on a digital nomad trek through Europe, the US and eventually South America, so I don’t have home to host in at the moment.
