Interests

I love being outside-camping, hiking, backpacking, and cross country skiing! Fittingly, I'm studying to be an environmental scientist. I really want to learn how to sail despite my mild fear of the ocean, and I wish I had a bicycle. I also enjoy trying new recipes and have been known to lose my voice from singing Ariana Grande in my car on the way to work.

I like creating things, whether I am doodling, coloring, knitting, etc., but only if it's practical. I have a really cool dog, too.

Music, Movies, and Books

I will listen to literally anything, but always go back to that folky alternative good good. Lord Huron, Fleet Foxes, etc. If you haven't heard SOB by Nathaniel Rateliff you should do that now.

My current favorite book is The Sixth Extinction by Elizabeth Kolbert and you should read it.

I just got into Star Wars which is pretty cool, and otherwise I will pretty much watch any movie and enjoy it because I'm not classy enough to know the difference between good and bad entertainment.
