One of the great life experiences I've had was when I provided philanthropy work in the small Spanish speaking village in Alta Vista, Nayarit, Mexico. In a classroom setting, English educational services including lessons in reading, writing and speaking were shared among thirty-three students at a given time. One-on-one tutoring was provided to youth and adults starting at age three. The project was rewarding for students who shared an enriching experience in the English language with an American native-speaker.

As a motivational leader and mentor in business managing, life, and spiritual transformation, my concentration includes understanding the aspects of sociological and psychological makeup which has contributed to who we are today. Through exploration of social programming, psychology, spirituality, metaphysics, and science we have tools available which can assist in overcoming obstacles and in learning how to meet goals. I work with individuals in using "Motivational Spiritual-Awareness Training" in order to teach the tools needed in adaptation to life’s challenges, therefore bringing balance into one’s life and in daily routine. The goal focuses on self-transformation on a personal level. As well, I offer business professionals, creative business management solutions with the emphasis on using motivational leadership skills. All services may be consulted by through Virtual Conferencing, email, phone or in person by appointment.

Trained in leadership development, management skill building, effective communication, conflict management, and the development of greater self-awareness. One-on-one tutoring sessions for clients and performance reviews/progress reports are available. I use a variety of assessment tools and strategies to improve instruction methods. Mentorship assists clients in understanding and overcoming personal, social and behavioural challenges. Assistance with business, life or spiritual goals and in developing an action plan.
