我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I travel to portrait the most inspiring (coffee)places around the globe for me and my team of barista's back home and our guests.

My goal in San Jose is to visit coffee plantations, meet up with farmers, see where it all starts and ofcourse... Surf and party on the beach, travel through the jungle and see the wildlife. After those 2,5 weeks I'll leave to fly from San Jose to arrive in San Fransisco (until the 5th of February).
During this periode I will travel through San Fransisco looking for the best places to eat, do an internship, share ideas, getting inspiration and ofcourse adventure!

What I want to do is truly having the best and amazing time in San José & San Fransisco, meet inspiring people, visit inspiring places, work for or co-work with local's finest entrepreuners, captains of (small) industries and talented people who make the best of the things they do in life just as we try to.

Just after I started roasting for a very small company and at that time her only restaurant Picknick, we were forced to look for another place to put our roaster because the hall in which we roasted closed up.
And then... we got offered a chance to build a new concept in an abandoned subtropical swimming paradise. For pictures of the old swimming paradise see the websites at the bottom.
You can imagine that this was a dream come true... To have my roastery... inside such a creative inspirational place.. a.. subtropical swimming paradise... I would never have imagined.
And now after setting up the roastery and restaurants I'm adventuring to other equally unique & inspirational places in the world.

For me, I'm fine with any alternative, as long as it gives me an interesting insight in your country, culture & language.
