About Me

Recently graduated in Industrial Design from Brunel University London. My biggest passion is music, I have a big vinyl and cassette collection and I play guitar and sing in a band - BOLTED. We play gigs around London and are looking to play across the UK.

I love anything creative though, art, design and film photography specifically, but also enjoy literature and theatre.
Some other hobbies are journaling, running, cooking, thrifting and nature

I'm travelling around Europe in Autumn and exciting to see old friends and make new connections :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My friend reccomended me this and I think its a great initiative. This is my first time on here but am

Travelling around Europe to see friends I've met over the years. But want to experience culture from a real perspective, not a hotel or hostel, all while on a budget

Interests

My biggest passion is music. I'm a guitarist and singer in a band which plays gigs in London and the South East. Anything creative interests me but particularly design and art as its about being imaginative and seeing beyond the everyday.

Otherwise I love a drink and always ready to go out and have a fun time meeting people and getting immersed in new atmospheres

Music, Movies, and Books

Uncle Remus - Frank Zappa is a song everyone should listen to. It's catchy, wierd and written by an amazing guitarist.
I'm currently reading 1984 by George Orwell which I'm loving and I have American Psycho on my list to read next

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

one of my best memories is when I visited Dubrovnik in Croatia. I hiked up a mountain there and saw the most incredible sunset just as I reached the top. It was a very rewarding. scaling down the mountain in the dark was not so fun though haha

Teach, Learn, Share

I listen to a lot of music and could speak for hours about bands and genres, the more obscure the better.

I'm always looking to learn more about art and design, I LOVE art galleries and museums. If you like to draw or paint, perhaps we could create something together, I love to make collages.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to cook and collect recipes from where I've travelled, and would be more than happy to cook. As I'm so passionate about guitar, I'd be excited to give a lesson a too (as long as you have one!)

As well as hosting meals, I can make drinks and cocktails if you like a drink since I've been working at bars for over a year now.
