Informazioni generali
Chi sono
I am a 21 year old student, currently studying Photojournalism and Documentary photography at the University of Gloucestershire. With my love of photography comes the love of travelling. I recently road tripped around the north of Italy and I am planning various trips around Europe in the near future; most noticeably, I am inter-railing in the summer to 11 different countries. I speak English but I studied German at GCSE level and would be very interested in learning it further. I was born in Wycombe and now I live in Sheffield, UK.
Perché sono iscritto su Couchsurfing
I am on couch surfing because evidently as a student who wants to travel, it takes months to save up just for a flight, so there is the financial benefit in this. Also, you are very much alone if you stay in a hotel, whereas if you 'couch surf', you will make friends with people with similar interests to you.
Interessi
Photography is my main interest, and one day I hope to become a travel photographer, where I earn money for travelling the world and taking photos. I have played football all of my life and I am a huge fan of it, supporting Sheffield Wednesday. I find different foods really interesting too, and wherever I visit, I vow to myself that I will try their delicacy, no matter how bizarre it is.

Musica, film e libri
I am a fan of pretty much any music, most notably the Artic Monkeys (as they're from Sheffield), The hoosiers, Oasis, Green day, The Killers, Stereophonics, Hozier, Nizlopi... I guess you can just say any modern-ish bands. My favourite 3 movies are 1. The Shawshank Redemption 2. Green Mile 3. forrest gump or 300 (This is Sparta!!!). I don't really read as much as I should, however, I have read a lot of photography books and I own a lot of photobooks also.
Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto
One amazing thing that I did was when I was 18 years old. I travelled alone to Italy to meet my Italian friend and I spent 9 days there. I visited Lake Como (and skinny dipped in it), Milan, Florence, Bellagio and a lake in Switzerland called Lugano. We also climbed a mountain 1600m high and camped there. I want to broaden my friendships with people around the world so that I can do similar things in the future.
Insegna, impara, condividi
I live in Sheffield originally but I am at University in Cheltenham. Sheffield is a big city in the heart of England; South Yorkshire. It has 2 football stadiums and a really nice city centre. About half an hour outside of Sheffield is the Peak District which is a huge site with no buildings in sight, just rocks and beautiful landscape. Cheltenham is the opposite; it is a small town near Wales in the county of Gloucestershire, but the university campus is beautiful. Outside of Cheltenham is the cotswolds which is a series of big hills that are great for walking and hiking.
Cosa posso offrire ai padroni di casa
I can share a little of experience in photography, teach you the basics and talk about art and different types of creativeness. I am also born and bred in England so if your need help with your English, I'd be very willing to help. I am naturally a friendly, talkative person so it wouldn't be awkward keeping me in your house. Evidently if you host me, I would be very grateful and we'd stay in touch too.
