ABOUT ME

I am a farmer, a writer, a cook, and a sometimes musician. I recently graduated from college and am falling more and more in love with the Midwest. I am committed to its (cultural, social, environmental) sustainability. When I do travel, I make it a priority to be present, rather than simply pass through.

PHILOSOPHY

Be present, that is, be where you are and with the people around you. Use technology skeptically, but not cynically. Food is the foundation of community (that's why they call it agriCULTURE).
