About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel around Canada and learn about sustainable living and eco-farming.

ABOUT ME

I just graduated high school and the freedom I have is so overwhelming it's insane, I love it. I travel as much as I can, whether it's finding a new beach in Toronto or travelling six thousand miles to a foreign land. I'm having a hard time figuring out what it is that I'm going to do in my life and I'm learning all I can through different cultures and whatever jobs I can find.

PHILOSOPHY

What you put out in the world comes back at you. You know, karma and that sort of thing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Went surfing for the first time this summer in Saskatchewan and I loved it!!! It's the best way to get to know a city/country and how the locals are.

Interests

Hiking, biking, WWOOFing, travelling, volunteering with animals, music festivals, and creating sizable bonfires with friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

Neutral Milk Hotel, Bob Dylan, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Fleetwood Mac, St. Vincent, The Killers, Vampire Weekend, The Smiths, The Velvet Underground, Florence and the Machine. My favourite movies are American Psycho, Into the Wild, and anything from Wes Anderson or Quentin Tarantino. I love Hemingway but I also read some Sylvia Plath, Ezra Pound, and Dostoevsky.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The beautiful, pure land of Costa Rica and the luscious green island of Ireland. I've travelled most of the east coast of Canada and I'm hoping to see the west and the north.

Teach, Learn, Share

Been a Torontonian all my life and I know some really good restaurants, cafés art exhibits... Really anything! I love Toronto, I think it's a pretty unique city and though it has it's downsides I enjoy living here.

Countries I’ve Visited

Costa Rica, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States
