About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Training for an epic bike ride journey of over 2000 miles.

To visit family and friend and make new ones along the way.

To test my limits and push beyond them.

To live and experience life to the most.

ABOUT ME

I am 27 years old originally from Phoenix, Az. I am doing a bit of travelling through the west coast though I am doing it in an unconventional way. It is more of long term travelling and I have been fortunate enough to have friends all throught the U.S. I have moved in with those that are blessed to have extra space in their homes to share with me, have gotten jobs working at the same place as my friends and have strengthened our bonds with memories that will last a lifetime.

I originally began my travels with way too much stuff and took greyhound buses to my destinations. Over the months I have trimmed it all down to a single backpack and am planning to do the rest of my travels on my bicycle and I spend most of my time training for my up coming journeys.

When I am not working or training I spend my time eating, playing guitar and staying up to date with family/friends and current events.

I am a Christian and a very spiritual person and I believe it is what gives me the strength and courage to travel and move from place to place.

I am planning on starting my trip leaving from Boise, Id to Yakima, Wa to visit my oldest brother and his family (sister in-law, nieces and nephews). Then bike through to Salem, Oregon to visit and stay with a childhood friend. From there head to Redding, Ca to stay with my best friend from Phoenix and his family for a bit of time. The bike to Hunnington Beach, Ca to stay with a friend who is generous to open his house to me. From there head to San, Diego and stay with my cousin my age and visit family there. After that it is back to Vernon, Az to spend Thanksgiving and the winter with my family. And that will finish this trip and very intense journey.

I hope to find places to stay inbetween my fixed destinations and make more life long friends along the way. This will help me rest and give me time to evaluate my gear selection and make repairs to my bicycle if needed. I appreciate you taking the time to read my profile and thank you for your consideration. God Bless.

Music, Movies, and Books

Documentaries. Classical music, reggae, rock, country... anything with real musicians, not to big a fan of electronic made music but I still listen to some. King James Version Bible, non-fiction, science fiction.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a good cook and a clean and tidy person. I can play guitar well and have a wide range of interests and topics for conversation. I can offer friendship that will last a lifetime. I can also wash you dishes and sweep the floor. You know... mow the lawn; take out the trash.
