Greetings!

Basically, originally from Baku, Azerbaijan, but I’ve been living in Poland since 2021. I’m a super positive, music-obsessed human who somehow has a Master’s in International Relations but works in finance (don’t ask how that happened). I live for good vibes, meeting new people, dancing like nobody’s watching, and singing like I’m on stage (even when I’m not). Big fan of books, the gym (to cancel out my love for snacks), movies, and traveling whenever I get the chance. Let’s just say I’m a little all over the place - in the best way possible! 😅

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m the kind of person who loves meeting new people, especially from different countries and cultures. At the end of the day, we’re all just people, but only divided by some borders and passport colors. I honestly think Couchsurfing’s one of the coolest ways to connect, share stories, and pick up new experiences. It keeps me positive, curious, and always on the lookout for more awesome people to meet ✌🏻

For sure, singing comes first! Music’s been my go-to therapy for as long as I can remember. I also love watching movies (old classics or new releases), reading books, hanging out with friends, hitting the gym when I can, and swimming

Music, Movies, and Books

🎶 My music taste is all over the place - from rock to mainstream pop. I’m always finding new songs to sing along to, but honestly, I’m a huge fan of the ‘80s, ‘90s, and early 2000s. And if you ask me who my favorite is, it’s gotta be Whitney Houston, no question!

🎬 When it comes to movies, I’ve always struggled to pick a favorite. I’ve watched so many movies and TV shows that it’s honestly hard to choose. I’m the kind of person who can’t recommend anything unless you give me a hint! So if you wanna kick off a movie convo, just throw out a title - I’ll jump right in! :D

📚 And yep, I’m a huge fan of classic novels and poems too. Love Oscar Wilde, especially The Picture of Dorian Gray. Also really into Martin Eden, some works by Honoré de Balzac, and a few others you’ve probably come across as well.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some words in the languages I speak fluently, sing along with you to any song you love, and share some awesome azerbaijani recipes (I don’t cook that often, but when I do it turns out pretty great hehe).

Always open to learning new languages, apparently, it’s like the easiest thing ever for me :D I’d love to hear your travel recommendations, fun experiences, and basically anything cool you wanna share. Always up for good chats and random fun stuff!
